Placing your First Order
Placing an order on beautysolution.ca is simple!

SHOPPING:

If you are a registered member, sign-in with your email address and password. If not, you must first register to access our products. Access is limited to certified beauty professionals.

Find the items you want.

Verify the quantities and add the item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the 'Add to cart' button.

You can remove an item from your cart page by clicking the 'x' icon.

You can change the quantity of items in your cart by changing the number in the quantity box or use the '+' and '-' signs.

 

CHECK OUT:

Click the 'View cart' button after adding an item or locate the shopping bag icon at the top of your browser.

Click on the 'Check out' button after you have reviewed your order.

If applicable add a Promo Code in the box on the right and click 'Apply'.

You can choose an express checkout method or proceed with the card checkout.

Choose a delivery of 'Ship' or 'Pick up' (local pickup is arranged at our Campbellton NB drop-off location).

Your account shipping address will be automatically filled for returning customers, please verify before continuing.

Choose your shipping method (free shipping will be available for orders over $350 before tax).

Enter your payment information and check your billing address.

Click 'Pay now' to complete your order.

When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email, within a few hours.

 

Registration

We are a distributor for beauty professionals, and we need you to register to shop at beautysolution.ca and to access our exclusive products and pricing. A resident of New Brunswick must be a member of the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (www.canb.ca). All others members must abide by the governing association of their province of residence.

Signing up is easy!
Sign up with your name, email, and license number or the name of the professional beauty school you are attending. Email a copy of your license for quicker processing. You will be notified by email once your account has been activated.

Note: verification may take 48 to 72 hours during Monday to Friday.


Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Promotional codes will not be honoured beyond the stated expiration date. Promo Codes are entered during check out.

Beauty Solution reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion and its terms & conditions without notice.

 

Final Sale

Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned and are not eligible for any other promotions.

 

Back Orders

Sometimes merchandise has sold out before being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order some backordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as possible, usually no more than 14 days. Re-stocking is fast and varies according to the goods.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for the backordered items or have the order divided. You may also type 'Divide my delivery please' in the notes section of your shopping cart, to only delay backordered items. Items will be shipped with your next order or additional shipping charges may apply.

Generally, if the backordered items are arriving within 5 days we will hold your order until all your items have arrived before shipping, otherwise in-stock items will be shipped immediately and backorder items will be differed to ship with your next order. 


Pre-Orders

Seasonal collections or new products may be purchased on pre-order and will be shipped starting on the posted launch day delivery.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, type 'Divide my delivery please' in the notes section of your shopping cart to only delay pre-order items. Items will be shipped with your next order or additional shipping charges may apply.
